With Christmas just a week and a half removed hang the shopping street with full lighting and now possible gifts. Also in the App Store account with the holidays: The two popular games Plants vs. Zombies and Jetpack Joyride are equipped with special Christmas-updates. Both updates not only that the games be shrouded in a Christmas look, but also adding new content.

Jetpack Joyride is equipped with a number of new articles to purchase in the game. You can now Barry protagonist enfold in a Santa hat and suit, or buy two new jetpacks. One is in the form of a Christmas tree, while the other you lose from the air by blowing down snow loads. The new objects must be bought with the money that you collect in the game. The levels themselves have gotten a subtle makeover that has little to do with Christmas: there are now a number of longer and thicker scientists around.

Plants vs. Zombies introduces for the Christmas days two new game modes: I, Zombie and I, Zombie Endless. Describes the roles reversed: players must zombies in the game world places, a plant setting opponent to eat his brain. Like other alternative play modes, you need Plants vs. Zombies off first before you can go here to get started. Specially for the holidays there are also a number of zombies around with a Santa hat. You find this annoying, then you can use the ‘ festive mode ‘ in the option screen off.

In addition to these additions can be found in this update a new leaderboards, extra achievements and new items to buy. Publisher EA still yesterday reduced the price, in celebration of the holidays.
